Shipping is free on all orders.

Timeframes

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours from France.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
• European Union: 2 to 8 business days 

These timeframes are indicative and depend on the carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Receipt

Please check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the package is damaged or the product does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at contact@awalane.com with your order number and photos.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
