Time limit

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Write to us at contact@awalane.com with your order number, or use the form in Article 8.4 of our Terms of Sale.

Sending it back

Send the item back within 14 days of your request, to: AWALANE, 6 place du Père Henri Didon, 94110 Arcueil, France.
It must come back in the exact condition in which you received it: not worn beyond trying on, unwashed, free of odours, with all its labels and its original packaging. An item that does not meet these conditions will have its refund reduced by the amount of its loss in value, which may be its full value.
Return shipping costs are payable by you.

Refund

We refund the price of the item and any shipping charge paid at the time of order, within 14 days of your request, to the original payment method. The refund may wait until we receive the item or proof of dispatch. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Outside the European Union

Declare the parcel as returned goods, so that it is not taxed on arrival in France. Duties and taxes paid on import into your country are not refunded by AWALANE, which did not collect them.

Defective item

Write to us at contact@awalane.com. You are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Article 9 of our Terms of Sale), and the return is then at our expense.
